This CAR cake is for Zeng Zhui's 1st birthday. The best thing is, the CAR is made with dark chocolate ! The cake is decorated with lots of stars to make sure the birthday boy is the star of the day.

This stylish cake has a silver car made with 100% chocolate. The birthday boy requested a James Bond car, but due to very last minute order, I made Justin a chocolate car painted with silver powder. The car is fully edible.

The tiramisu is made with mascarpone cheese, Italian sponge fingers, and Kahlua coffee liquer.

Beary and Chocolate Animals

This adorable beary cake is surrounded with chocolate animals, including cows, dogs, and lots of bears. The top has fondant made cow, horse and sheep that represents the daddy, mommy and baby Hong Chi.

The cake is chocolate and macadamia crumble base, vanilla cheesecake, dark chocolate mousse, and covered with dark chocolate mirror glaze.

Nut Tart with Cranberries and White Chocolate

The tarts consist of pecans, walnuts, almonds, cranberries and Belgium white chocolate buttons, baked in caramel mixture. The sweetness of caramel is balanced with the sourness of cranberries, while the white chocolate makes it more interesting.
