Comforting Animal Christmas Cake
This cake is for a Christmas eve birthday girl. The characters on the cake are her comfort blankets since kid. The christmas tree is made from chocolate.
The cake is a rose mousse cake with layers of almond joconde sponge and lychee jelly.
