This passionfruit cheesecake is for Mr Idris who is a pilot and travels all over the world. The globe is made with dark chocolate only, and brushed with gold and bronze powder for a antique finish. My mistake for putting the number 51 on the side of the globe. Mr Idris said if I would have put it on top then he would be "on top of the world" on his birthday.
